COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
We are an experienced commercial building company who strives to deliver all projects on time and on budget. The Directors have vast knowledge, over 25 years’ experience, of the building and construction industry. We currently have a multi stage project at the Indian Ocean Rock Lobster and are working on the construction of the new concrete tilt panel lobster processing factory.

COMPANY HISTORY
Central West Building is a family owned and operated company created in 2009 by George Mostert and Brett Fewster. George is a registered builder who has over 25 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. Central West Building has built a name for itself through quality craftmanship, value and service. We employ a team of qualified carpenters with a wide range of high level skills and abilities.
Due to our reputation within the construction industry and in our community, we have developed and sustained relationships with highly qualified local tradesmen whom we work with to provide and maintain a consistently excellent standard of delivery.

The partnership expanded its operations and become a registered company in 2011. The company has grown considerably over the last 10 years and has expanded its custom building portfolio. Ron is the inhouse draftsman. He provides a full design and draft service which allow our clients to develop custom plans. For both residential and commercial projects, Ron works on the plans and designs.
